Ask A Mortgage Question

Chad D. OkunI was born and raised in beautiful Arizona back in the 70's. My wife Michelle, and our 2 boys, Jake and Zack are very happy to be living in Scottsdale. I graduated from the University of Arizona in 1996. I started in the Mortgage Industry in 2002, after a brief stint trading stocks, bonds, options, and Mutual Funds with Charles Schwab and Prudential Financial. Soon after, I moved into a position as a Mortgage Originator so that I could work closely with clients and assist them in making one of their largest purchases, a home! Joining Amcap Mortgage was an easy choice for me. The company has a wide product selection, excellent rates, and a reputation for closing loans EARLY! We have in-house Processing, Underwriting, and Funding. This means that I maintain control throughout the entire transaction, which is critical in this business! This creates the ability to close most government, Jumbo and Conventional loans within an average of three weeks.

Being that our rates and fees are less than most of our competition, the one stand out benefit of working with me is communication. I over-communicate with all parties to guarantee there are not any surprises. Everyone involved in the transaction is always informed throughout every step of the transaction! Every client I have ever had will agree that I break down their options and let them make the most informed decision for their personal situations. I welcome the opportunity to speak with anyone contemplating a purchase or refinance, and I will always answer my phone, as I take much pride in my Customer Service. I look forward to hearing from you!
